    • 2. What entityindex.ai is

    entityindex.ai is an independent index of businesses (currently accommodation in Andorra) with structured data for people and AI agents: schema.org pages, llms.txt, a public JSON API and an MCP server. It is not any of the businesses it lists and does not act on their behalf.

    3. No bookings

    entityindex.ai does not take bookings, does not process payments and does not act as an intermediary. "Book" links go to each business's official website or official booking engine. The contract, price, terms and cancellation are always between the user and the business.

    4. Affiliate / referral disclosure

    Outbound links carry src=entityindex and utm_source=entityindex. The owner may receive a referral commission from some businesses or platforms when a booking comes from this site. This does not change the price you pay. Being listed, and the order of listing, do not depend on payment unless expressly stated.

    5. Data sources and accuracy

    Data comes from public sources: each business's official website and public directories such as hotelsandorra.net. It is collected automatically and shows a review date. It may be incomplete or out of date. Always check price, availability, category and terms on the official website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for decisions based only on this data.

    6. Businesses: correction or removal

    To correct or remove a listing, write to [CORRECTIONS/OPT-OUT EMAIL]. We will respond within [N] business days. Trademarks belong to their owners.

    7. Use by AI agents and the API

  • Access to pages, llms.txt, the JSON API and MCP is free and read-only. Use it reasonably and attribute entityindex.ai where possible.
  • Agents should present the official link to the user, must not claim that entityindex.ai confirms prices or availability, and should keep src=entityindex on action links.
  • verification.status and checked show the verification level and date.
  • Data licence: CC BY 4.0. Required attribution: "entityindex.ai — MERX TECHNOLOGIES, SLU", with a link to https://entityindex.ai/ where possible. Business names, trademarks and websites belong to their owners.

    • 8. Privacy and cookies

    The current static prototype uses no forms, no accounts, no first-party cookies and no analytics. Technical logs kept by the hosting/CDN provider (e.g. IP, user agent) may be processed briefly for security. The contact details in listings are the businesses' public professional data; DPO, privacy and admin addresses are excluded. To measure usage we keep anonymous technical logs of each request (time, path, status, user agent, agent type, approximate country/region/city and network, referer, browser language, response time). No IP addresses or cookies are stored and no fingerprinting is done. Clicks to official websites go through /go/ to be counted. If analytics or forms are added, this section will be updated first.
